Women’s Reiki Circle with Laila & Natasha 🩷

A monthly space to pause, reconnect and simply be.

Join Laila & Natasha each month for a warm and welcoming Women’s Reiki Circle, created as a gentle space away from the noise and demands of everyday life.

Each month our circle explores a different theme, thoughtfully woven through Reiki, reflection, intention, gentle ritual and meaningful connection.

Themes may explore areas such as self-love, grounding, letting go, new beginnings, gratitude, confidence, rest, seasonal transitions and the chakras, making every circle a slightly different experience.

Our Connection

I met Natasha during a period of my life when I was, and still am, navigating a challenge unlike anything I had experienced before. It has tested me in ways I didn’t expect and, in time, when that chapter is fully closed, I may write and speak more openly about it. And, just for the record, it isn’t relationship related!

Through my work and life, I have always tried not to judge or speculate about others. I genuinely believe we are all carrying things people cannot see, sometimes incredibly heavy things, and that should make us slower to judge and quicker to show compassion.

But I have also learned that understanding someone’s behaviour doesn’t mean we have to excuse it. There comes a point where personal circumstances cannot excuse deliberate hostility, harmful intentions or an agenda that knowingly impacts another human being. We can have compassion for what someone may carry while still recognising when their behaviour crosses a line.

And then I met Natasha.

Her compassion was genuine, uncomplicated and without expectation. At a time when my trust in people had been shaken, she quietly reminded me that there are still incredibly good people in the world. She probably doesn’t realise quite how much that meant to me.

Our friendship and connection grew naturally from there and, eventually, became part of the reason these circles came to life.

There is something quite beautiful about creating a space for women from a friendship that began, for me, with another woman simply showing kindness.

And that is at the heart of our circles, women coming together as they are, without judgement, without pressure and without needing to have everything figured out. Just kindness, connection and space to simply be. 🩷 If you’d like to know more about Natasha, her work and what she offers, visit her beautiful Instagram page, @flourish_reiki.
